Annual General Meeting

This year, please make it a point of attending our AGM. Last year as we were holding our meeting in the Glen Park pavilion several members could be seen playing pickleball as we were making decisions regarding their association.  Please show you care enough about the RFBPA to participate and socialize with other members. Plus, we are giving away several door prizes for those attending.

If any of you want to run for an office (president, treasurer or secretary), please inform me immediately. Otherwise, your current three officers have agreed to serve yet another year. If any of you have an agenda item you want on the docket, also email me that item. There is a link to the proposed Agenda on the AGM page of our website.

Because the AGM is in July this year, we are extending the deadline for annual dues payment to Thursday, July 13th, 2023. We have changed the fees for the coming year:

• Joining fee is $25 for members living inside or outside the River Falls School District (RFSD).

• Annual fee for RFSD residents is $15 each subsequent year.

• Annual fee for non-RFSD residents is $25 each subsequent year.

• Memberships begin on July 1st yearly. If a member joins on or after January1, the annual fee is not due until June 30th of the following year.

There is a list, Member Dues 2023-2024 on our web site under the MEMBERS tab, detailing who has paid, or what is owed for the coming year. Those of you that joined this calendar year are paid up through June 2024.

If you wish to remain a member and have not already paid, please fill out the Annual Renewal Form (on the MEMBERS web page) and send with the appropriate fee, or pay at the AGM.  If you do not pay on or before July 13th, 2023, we will assume that you no longer wish to remain a member, and you will no longer receive emails through Google Groups, be able to use the sign-up sheets, or play at the priority times with our group.
